We provide a 30-day return period starting from the day your package is delivered.

To qualify for a return:

✔ Item must be unused and in original condition
Original packaging should be included
Order confirmation or receipt is required

Products that show signs of use or damage may not be eligible.

Please inspect your package after delivery.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

🔁 Exchanges

To exchange a product:

For orders delivered to the European Union, customers may cancel or return an order within 14 days, even without a specific reason.

Conditions:

✔ Item must remain unused
✔ Original packaging required
✔ Proof of purchase needed

This right applies in addition to our standard 30-day policy.

After we receive and inspect your returned item:

• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time:
