Every order is reviewed and prepared carefully before shipment.

Processing time: 2–5 business days
Busy periods (holidays/promotions): up to 6 business days

Once processed, your package will be shipped and tracking will be provided.


💰 Shipping Fee

A simple flat-rate shipping fee applies:

This rate applies regardless of your location or order size.


🌍 Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery speed may vary depending on your region.

Approximate shipping times:

United States: 8–14 business days
Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
Other international regions: 14–21 business days

Please note that seasonal demand or customs procedures may occasionally affect delivery time.


🔎 Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email.

Important notes:

✔ Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update
✔ Delayed updates do not mean the package is lost
✔ Your shipment continues moving through the carrier network


🌐 International Orders

For international deliveries, shipments may be sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

This means:

• Local customs duties or import taxes may apply
• These fees are determined by your country’s regulations
• Any customs delays are outside our control


✏ Order Changes or Cancellation

Because orders are processed quickly, requests must be submitted soon after purchase.

✔ Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order
✔ Once processing begins, the order may no longer be modified

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

We want every order to arrive safely.

Damaged items

• Please contact us within 72 hours of delivery
• Include a photo of the damaged item
• A replacement will be arranged if applicable

Lost shipments

• If confirmed lost by the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost
